Author Guidelines
Content and length of manuscripts
- The editor welcomes original papers from researchers from diverse countries, provided they fall within the aims and scope of International Journal of Management. Paper should be as concise as the subject matter and research method permit, preferably not more than 12 pages in length.
- Submission of a paper implies that the paper contains original work that has not been published previously and it not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- It is preferable for papers to be submitted electronically, saved as MICROSOFT WORD if possible, to Editor at intjnlmgmt@aol.com
Preparation of Manuscripts
- IJM welcomes a variety of papers: articles that summarise completed or ongoing empirical work, theoretical inquiries, review papers, case studies and shorter research notes.
- Ideally, there should be a cover page that gives the title of the manuscript, the names of the authors, the affiliations of each author, as well as their email and full postal addresses. Correspondence will be entered in to with the first named author unless otherwise specified.
- To assure anonymous or blind review, a policy of IJM, authors should not identify themselves, directly or indirectly, in the text following the cover page.
- Literature citation should be uniform in style in the text and references. Footnotes should be avoided as far as possible, Referencing should ideally be in the Harvard style, with (name, date) and page number, if appropriate, in the text and an alphabetical list of references a the end of the paper.
